Paul is an accredited executive coach and for the last 10 years he has worked with a range of clients in various levels of leadership from junior managers to executives. His clients work within a variety of different industries in both private and public sectors.
His style of dynamic challenge with support encourages his clients to be self-reflective, honest and ultimately empowered to work on those things that really matter, while letting go of distractions, out of date visions of themselves and other internal obstacles. He uses a number of psychometric tools to help his clients gain clarity on their strengths and weaknesses, including, Insights Discovery, MBTI, DiSC and Human Synergistics.
Paul typically coaches professionals around people management issues, leading through change, career planning, transitioning into a people management role and overall improved personal effectiveness.
Paul’s intention during his coaching sessions is to create a reflective, supportive, yet appropriately challenging and focused environment that encourages and empowers his clients to take action. He is particularly focussed on challenging his clients’ outdated assumptions and limiting beliefs: internal obstacles that are holding them back from reaching their full potential.
